So here's the signup form. Pretty standard.

We will never give your information away to people who will send you annoying emails. We may email you periodically to inform you of contests, or content or site news. You will be able to remove yourself from that list easily if in fact you don't wish to receive those emails. We hate junk mail too, so generally, we use the ChalkedUp Facebook Group or the Myspace Page to keep people informed. Otherwise we trust that you'll just visit the site to keep up.
